Congrats Megan!

Congrats to Megan Wang, who just graduated with her B.Sc. in Neuroscience from Brown University Magna Cum Laude with Honors. Megan also received the Department of Neuroscience James T. McIlwain Award for Excellence. This award is presented to a graduating senior who has exhibited extraordinary

academic accomplishments in the classroom and in the laboratory (for instance through Independent Study and achieving Honors for

research). Megan will be continuing her research on understanding how operant self-administration of alcohol impacts morphology of neurons in mushroom body circuitry of Drosophila over the next year while she applies for M.D. and M.D./Ph.D. programs.
