Huge congratulations to MPP graduate student Kavin Nunez for receiving a NIH F99/K00 Blueprint Diversity Specialized Predoctoral to Postdoctoral Advancement in Neuroscience (D-SPAN) Award. Kavin is currently investigating the circuit mechanisms through which food deprivation alters circuit dynamics for alcohol seeking. He plans to continue investigating how internal state regulates behavioral decisions during his future post-doctoral training.
