A huge Congratulations! to our very own Dr. Kavin Nunez who successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis entitled "Mechanisms of cue-induced ethanol seeking in Drosophila" on Friday November 5, 2021.
Kavin did an incredible job during his defense and plans to study the neural mechanisms underlying sensory integration in the context of learned responses with Dr. Kathy Nagel at NYU (https://www.nagellab.com) for his postdoctoral work starting in January, 2022.
It's been so great having Kavin as part of the team. We'll miss you Kavin!!!
