On Thursday July 25 we bid lab technician Amanda Waterman and her family a fond farewell during an evening barbeque at Karla's place. We wish Amanda and her family good luck in their new adventure in Italy. Amanda is planning to stay on as a virtual lab member where she will be working on bioinformatic analysis of data to understand transcriptional targets of Notch and Stat, as well as develop a systems-level understanding of the transcriptomic and epigenetic changes that occur in memory circuits as a consequence of alcohol and substance use. We will miss seeing your smiling face in lab every day Amanda!
Farewell (for now) Amanda!
